The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams in the area of regulatory compliance, maintenance of product licenses and technical writing of CMC documents. The team members of the global M&S Services Hub will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global quality activities with a focus on technical writing.

Main responsibilities:

• Understand Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.

• Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work in close collaboration with other technical team members (data engineers) in translating the business requirement into data extraction logics.

• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the data extraction logics and extracted data meets and cover full business requirements.

• Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support in investigation, root causing and troubleshooting for the anomalies found in SAP data warehouse/cloud storage vs. SAP systems.

• Provide Training: Develop and deliver training sessions and user manuals for end-users.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of technical solutions, processes, configurations, and specifications.

About you:

• Experience: Experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence domain.

• Soft skills & Technical skills: SAP Expertise: In-depth hands-on experience and knowledge of SAP modules and their integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Management: Experience in managing SAP projects from inception to completion. Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled working with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products.

• Education: Engineering/B.Tech/M.Tech Degree with degree in Supply Chain is preferred.

• Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English​
