Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity
This is an opportunity in our Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs.
Talent Management Global Lead is a senior leadership position within the Talent Services organization, responsible for bringing to life the Global Talent Management strategy across Sanofi’s key hubs and markets.
The role assists in executing the design, alignment, and execution of core talent practices including Performance Management, Career and Succession planning, Learning and development, Employee engagement, and Inclusion initiatives.
Operating with both a global lens and strong regional connectivity, the Talent Management Global Lead partners closely with in-country Talent Management teams to ensure cohesive delivery and local relevance of talent strategies.
A key focus of the role is to build a strong, future-ready talent pipeline and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across diverse geographies. This leader will also play a critical role in embedding global standards, driving consistency and innovation in talent processes, and enabling strong partnerships across HR, business leaders, and the broader Talent ecosystem.
This role will work with the TM strategy leader to bring to life all initiatives
Main responsibilities:
Set up and operationalize the new multi-hub Talent Advisory organization, building scalable support for internal talent development, early careers, and career mobility across geographies.
Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing global Talent Management team in Talent services, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
Align talent strategies with overall business objectives by identifying critical skill and capability gaps and developing targeted initiatives to close them.
Establish consistent service line support across hubs, ensuring all aspects of talent management—Advisory, Enablement, Development, and Engagement—are delivered effectively and locally adapted.
Partner with in-country and regional Talent Management teams (via dotted or direct reporting lines) to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
Work with the TM strategy leader to build design and execute global talent management initiatives, including assisting in Performance management, Succession planning, Learning & development, Employee engagement, and DEI&B for Talent Services .
Strengthen the internal talent pipeline through programs that support internal mobility, leadership readiness, early talent development, and structured career paths.
Drive the global agenda for inclusive talent practices, embedding DEI&B principles throughout the employee lifecycle.
Lead the implementation of scalable employee listening mechanisms and leverage data insights to shape talent strategies and improve employee experience.
Ensure governance, tracking, and measurement of talent initiatives through clear KPIs, dashboards, and continuous feedback loops.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PBPs, COEs, and business leaders to integrate talent priorities into broader organizational and workforce strategies.
Stay ahead of market trends and evolving practices to continuously refine and future-proof Sanofi’s global talent management approach.
About you
You are a highly motivated and experienced Talent professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing Global talent teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent management global practices and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
15+ yrs of experience working with global teams on designing and execution of core talent management practices including Hi Pots programs, career & succession planning etc.
Brings in consultative experience and HRO setups.
Experience of building policies and compliance aspects related to Talent management & Training.
Should have experience in Training and Leadership Development. Experience of having led launch of people/training programs is an added advantage.
Team management experience is essential.
