Our Team
Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.
As Talent Services Hub Lead, India Hub, you will play a critical role inleading talent acquisition services across Asia Region (covering India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand etc.), building and managing a team of 10+ members, subject to expansion basis business needs.
You’ll play a pivotal role in architecting how the hub support both local talent and COE, working closely with Talent Leadership to ensure we are exceeding our strategic goals, driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent and exceptional recruitment experience globally.
Main responsibilities:
Accountability for all Talent Acquisition Services delivered from India Hub supporting the Asia region (India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand etc) ensuring alignment with Sanofi's business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities.
You will be responsible to build and manage a team based out of India Hub supporting the Asia region.
Execute hiring across our commercial, medical, sales, manufacturing organizationsetc. in the region.
Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities delivered by India Hub , optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models.
Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide people lead responsibility where required across talent hub services.
Own the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all recruitment services.
Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritized.
Partner with the Talent Tech team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and embrace innovation.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Partner and Sourcing Team Lead, India Hub to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.
Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across hub.
About you
You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
Minimum 12+ years of proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams within a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience in executing TA projects across Singapore, Australia New Zealand etc. is an added advantage.
Experience of managing a team is a must have.
Soft and technical skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
