Main responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing a range of initiatives to improve the efficiency of reporting across CEE countries.

• Lead and promote a culture of data driven approaches to contribute to country strategic and executional choices and constructively challenge the business

• Run analysis and generate business insights that drive business growth:
  sellout selling, customer dashboards, ecommerce, innovation analysis

• Cooperate with leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into advanced BI solutions

• Provide facts-based recommendations to improve business performance

• Lead BI community (search for new solutions, inspiration, training, guidance)

• Design and develop automated reports and dashboards (clear, user friendly, insightful and tailored)

• Manage various data systems, models

• Maintain and further develop Power BI

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Cooperate with leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into advanced BI solutions
• Provide facts based recommendations to improve business performance
• Lead BI community (search for new solutions, inspiration, training, guidance)
• Design and develop automated reports and dashboards (clear, user friendly,  insightful and tailored)
• Manage various data systems, design and develop connectors, flows, models
• Maintain and further develop Power BI

About you:

• University degree in statistics, econometrics, economics, data science/information technology or similar
• Strong background in Business Intelligence/Analytics/Data Science roles
• Experience in  Power BI  (data modeling, DAX and data visualization) is must
• Deep Excel Proficiency  - for ex can do hands-on simple correlations or projections in Excel, Power Query, Power Table  
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Can manage multiple types of projects at a time
• Strong Verbal and written communications - Able to build convincing data-driven “stories”
• Ecommerce performance and analytics experience is a plus
• Previous experience in pharma business is a plus
• Ownership and leadership in project management
