The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing global standardization with local market needs, driving efficiency and effectiveness in customer-facing operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Support driving effectiveness of Customer Facing Capabilities and optimal field resources deployment (GTM) across GBU, aligning with strategic corporate imperatives.
• Assist in implementing global policies, internal controls, and process guidelines to enhance standardization and simplification in areas such as field activity management, incentives, target setting, customer segmentation and targeting, field design, and resource allocation.
• Support the tracking of field effectiveness through KPIs and tools, as well as collaborating with other GTMC pillars, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Digital teams to avoid fragmented solutions.
• Participate in co-building transformation programs (e.g., GenAI, new tools) and ensure the delivery of best-in-class and best-in-cost support to our businesses and respective field forces.

About you

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working in a Commercial Operations environment, especially in supporting field force operations.
• Project management background.
• Proven delivery of outstanding results.

Personal Characteristics: High persistency and resilience, hands-on, accountability, creativity, initiative, stress management, learning agility, result orientation, ability to work on one’s own, continuous improvement, listening skills. 

Soft and Technical skills:

• Business: Strong business acumen with good analytical skills; Ability to prioritize; Ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions; Numerate and well-developed communication & presentation skills to communicate, present, persuade and argument among all GBUs teams and partners; Has well-developed time management skills, mastering in prioritizing tasks and planning own workloads to ensure deadlines and desired results are met.
• Proficiency in analytical platforms, CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce), data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, PowerBI). Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Education: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
