Experience & knowledge:

·        At least 1 years working experience in central marketing from top MNC

·        Strong education background

Core competencies:

·        Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills,

具备优秀的沟通技巧及人际交往技巧

·        Experience in project management and event planning/execution is desired

·        Able to analyze data, to evaluate promotional/tactical activities and to prepare marketing plans

能够进行数据分析，评估推广/策略活动及准备销售计划

·        Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Key Accountability:

· Participate in Beyfortus brand strategy and action plan development

参与品牌战略和行动计划的制定

· Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities

了解并实施战略和战术计划，以实现市场机会

· Maintain good engagement with KOLs

与KOL保持良好沟通

· Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the success of cross functional initiatives including market research, education programs, sales training etc.

· Collaborate with local marketing and sales colleagues and make sure that sales force Reps get correct, sufficient and updated knowledge about the product and external environment
