About the job
The role of Site Project Leader is to scope and drive projects needed for the Site Master Plan to support the M&S Sanofi network strategy. The number of projects to be overseen varies with the scope size and end-to-end extent of each project.
Your role includes managing the stakeholders at receiving or sending site or at global or site functions, ensuring proper governance as well as leading or coordinating the execution of Projects on sites. Keeping all Project support members and functions in compliance with site rules and tasks completion.
This is a major role to allow the site to deliver upon its commitment of New Product Launch and performance improvement to meet patient needs and supply targets.

Main Responsibilities
Project Strategy, Scoping and Governance
Develops with sponsor the objectives/scopes and strategy of the project
Accountable for Project planning including Timelines, costs, scope and risks
Presents the project in the corresponding PPM governance committees for review and decision making
Project Monitoring and Execution
Leads and monitors with an End-to-End Mindset the execution of one or multiple projects
Manages project controls: review of project deliverables / expenditures, reporting, follow ups, management of project changes and risks
Is responsible for the overall achievement of the objectives of his/her project(s): design fundamentals / costs / deadlines / quality / HSE / industrial performance
Acts as an interface – within the scope of the project – with site functions (operational and support functions) / external operational contacts / related projects
Project Reporting and Stakeholder management
Conducts project communications and management of site and global stakeholders
Updates the project Progress summary in the tools (including Shine) by ensuring compliance with good management practices for the projects undertaken and in particular compliance with the financial rules auditable by the Group (imputations to cost centers / project numbers, commissioning/scrapping, allocation of expenses to the categories indicated OPEX/CAPEX & INT/EXT, etc.)
Performs regular activity reporting to its client and the Project Portfolio Management team at site and where required to the global PPM team
PPM and Continuous Improvement of existing Processes
Fosters sharing and application of best practices and digital solutions to the job scope, creating maximum transparency and access whenever possible.
Contribute to improve the tools and methods to monitor the Portfolio execution on site

Support Zymes Rare Disease activity representing more than $B 3 in Sales
Site Project Portfolio is about $M 80 in SPE
Site is Launching Nexviazyme for Pompe disease expected to be a Blockbuster undefined
About You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience in Project management, Capital Project management, technical product transfer, Technical Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations or other related fields.
Demonstrated experience in significant projects execution, keeping schedule and cost under control
Experience and agility in digital tools supporting project execution and monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:
Scientific bachelor’s degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree
Skills:
Strong leadership skills with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
Speak up and escalate at the appropriate level at early warning signs
Business Acumen and Execution Skills
Financial acumen and understanding of industrial strategy to build the project strategy and business case
Capacity to assess and challenge workload and functional support needs
Able to persistently track and get confirmation of task execution
A good knowledge of the constraints and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA, etc.)
