Als Mitglied des Teams Automation – Bio Launch Unit im Bereich Clinical Trial Manufacturing (CTM) bist du Teil des Engineering-Teams und unterstützt die Durchführung von Automatisierungsprojekten für die klinische Wirkstoffherstellung. Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Produktion, Quality und Engineering zusammen und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierungsinfrastruktur bei. Das Team verantwortet sowohl die Beschaffung und Integration neuer Anlagen (Package Units) als auch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Prozessleitsystems (ABB 800xA). 

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Beschaffung von Neuanlagen (Package Units) mit Schwerpunkt Steuerungstechnik:  

Erstellung und Prüfung von Anforderungsspezifikationen (URS), Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten, Begleitung von FAT/SAT sowie Integration in die bestehende Automatisierungsinfrastruktur. 

• Anpassungsprojekte im Bestands-Prozessleitsystem ABB 800xA:  

Planung, Umsetzung und Qualifizierung von Änderungen im PLS, inklusive Change-Management gemäß GMP-Anforderungen. 

• Projektverantwortung:  

Verantwortung für Termine, Budget und technische Umsetzung der zugeordneten Projekte und kommt dieser Verantwortung proaktiv nach. 

• Schnittstellenmanagement:  

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Quality, HSE sowie externen Lieferanten und Systemintegratoren. 

• Sicherstellung der GMP-Konformität aller Automatisierungsmaßnahmen, inklusive Erstellung und Pflege der relevanten Qualifizierungsdokumentation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ). 

Über dich

Erfahrung:  

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Industrie 
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessleitsystemen, insbesondere ABB 800xA von Vorteil 
• Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und Integration von Package Units (Steuerungstechnik) 
• Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld (Qualifizierung, Validierung, Change Control) 
• Projekterfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsprojekten 

Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten:  

• Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke 
• Selbstorganisation und strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise 
• Koordination von Projektteams und fachliche Führung von Dienstleistern 
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Produktion, Herstellleitung und Quality 
• Sicherer Umgang mit Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Kommunikationsprotokollen im industriellen Umfeld (z. B. PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus) 
• Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen (URS, FS, DS) 
• Erfahrung mit Qualifizierungsdokumentation nach GAMP 5 

Ausbildung:  

• Ingenieur oder sehr guter Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder verwandt mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung, Prozessleittechnik oder Informationstechnik 

Sprachen:  

• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
