Wir suchen zwei QC Analysten (all genders). Die Stellen werden zunächst in Gleitzeit ausgeübt. Eine Weiterentwicklung hin zu einem Schichtbetrieb ist perspektivisch möglich (und kann je nach betrieblichen Anforderungen erforderlich werden.)
Hauptaufgaben:
- Durchführung von Gerätequalifizierungen unter Anleitung
- Unterstützung bei analytischen Methodentransfers und Validierungsaktivitäten
- Mitwirkung bei der Einrichtung, Qualifizierung und Inbetriebnahme eines Inprozesskontrolllabors in IFF
- Durchführung von mikrobiologisch, chemisch und chemisch-physikalischer Prüfungen im Rahmen der Inprozesskontrollen im Insulin-Herstellungsprozess
- Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung und Untersuchung von analytischen Problemen
- Gewissenhafte Dokumentation aller Messergebnisse, Rohdaten und Berechnungen gemäß cGMP-Anforderungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung von Laborprotokollen und Berichten
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen für analytische Methoden
- Kalibrierung und Wartung des zugeteilten Equipments bzw. Koordinierung dessen durchz.B. externe Dienstleister inklusive der zugehörigen Dokumentation
- Erfassung aller erwarteten Rohdaten, Berechnungen, Informationen im Zusammenhang mit seinen/ihren Aufgaben, um cGMP- und Datenintegritätsanforderungen zu erfüllen
- Empfang, Lagerung, Dokumentation, Handhabung und Entsorgung von Reagenzien und Referenzstandards
- Pflege von Dokumenten, z.B. Formblätter, Prüfanweisungen, SOPs, SOP-Anlagen,Logbüchern
- Sofortige Meldung und Dokumentation von Abweichungen, OOx-Ergebnissen oder sicherheitsrelevanten Ereignissen an den Vorgesetzten
Über Sie
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Fachrichtung Chemie, Physik, Biologie oder Pharmazie; Berufserfahrung im Bereich der instrumentellen Analytik (HPLC, GC, UV, Titration) sowie mikrobiologischer Analytik (Mikroskopie, Kontaminationsprüfung); Erfahrung in der In-Prozesskontroll-Analytik von Wirkstoffen von Vorteil
- Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle in der Pharmaindustrie; cGMP-Kenntnisse; Lernbereitschaft, Interesse an der Gestaltung GMP-gerechter Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung behördlicher und firmeninterner Anforderungen
- Sprachen fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
