战略管理
- 了解市场潜力，建议产品组合的制定并发展区域市场。
- 建立区域的短期、中期以及长期目标以及愿景。
- 收集并利用客户洞察，制定并不断更新商业计划。
- 维护战略级客户、推进客户的决策过程
领导并建设区域销售团队
- 管理和发展销售团队设计培训计划，并在团队内进行相关工具的使用，例如核心能力系统，绩效评估，职业发展，辅导等。
- 指导团队执行客户认同并参与的商业计划。
- 管理、追踪业务目标，交付业务结果。
- 在区域提供关于组织架构以及层级设置的建议。
销售运营管理
- 建立区域绩效目标以及销售市场政策，发展行动方案并与区域中的销售员工进行沟通。
- 确保销售信息系统的管理，如ETMS，客户档案等。
- 与跨疾病领域销售团队协力共赢。
准入管理
- 完全了解产品对于不同利益相关方的价值。
- 完全了解所辖区销售渠道/医疗费用环境，持续寻求最佳产品可及路径。
- 促进并维持对赛诺菲产品的获取。
沟通
- 与内外部利益相关方建立良好的联系、鼓舞、激励沟通接受者。
- 理解公司战略，引领和拥抱变革，通过沟通提高团队效能和改进业务模式
上级经理指派的其他各项工作
期待怎样的你？
- 大学专科及以上相关专业学历
- 至少6年以上制药行业销售经验
- 至少1年以上销售大区团队管理经验
- 具备行业知识以及产品知识
