About the job

Looking to launch your career at the cutting edge of healthcare? Join Sanofi Manufacturing Innovators (SMI) Graduate Program, a two-year journey designed to shape the next generation of biopharma professionals. Spend one year at our manufacturing site United States and one year at Modulus Singapore, working with cutting-edge technology that’s redefining the industry. As part of a dynamic cohort, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop future-ready skills, and make a real impact as you explore, learn, and grow.

As part of the Quality Control in our process manufacturing team, you’ll ensure the laboratory operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site and corporate guidelines. The team conduct the analysis of product, raw material and water samples, and to ensure the laboratory delivers right first time and on-time testing to support manufacturing & supply deliverables.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct QC microbiological tests for water, raw materials and product samples, including bioburden and endotoxin.
  • Perform growth promotion test of incoming microbiological media.
  • Perform microbial identification tests using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.
  • Perform biological indicator tests during sterilization studies.
  • Support method verification for bioburden and endotoxin tests.
  • Perform environmental monitoring and clean utilities sampling including Water for injection, clean steam and clean gases.
  • Support laboratory activities such as aseptic aliquoting of samples, housekeeping and equipment maintenance.

About you


Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
