Principales responsabilités :
Participer àla propositionetl’optimisationdes outils de préparation aux audits et inspections : checklist, plans d’action standardisés, kit de présentation atelier
Contribuer au déploiement de ces outils lors de la préparation aux auditsetinspections auprès des ateliers
Collaborerau bon déroulement des audits et inspections pour le département
Prendre part au suivi dela transition des outils en intégrant les processus site et en simplifiant la préparation et le suivi des indicateurs des différents sous-processus InspectionReadiness :analyses d’écarts inspections autres sites, alignement aux documents groupe, suivi des actions et suivi d’efficacité, plan d’action de préparation inspection
Accompagnerà la préparation et participer aux instances InspectionReadiness:préparation des présentations, contribuer au suivi des actions des atelier
Contribuer à la réalisation d’actions issues des plans d’actions InspectionReadiness:analysed’écart, actions terrainsuite à auditdevisibilité
Proposer des outils visant à simplifier les processus de communication et d’escalade
