Join our Manufacturing Operations offline support team in a fully site-based role where you'll play a vital part in maintaining quality, compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our Product Supply operations. Main responsibilities
- Support market introductions and product modifications within manufacturing operations
- Participate in the preparation, review, and updating of procedures and batch documentation, including process improvement procedure updates
- Perform batch review in line with quality and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to the Sanofi quality system
- Ensure practices meet cGMP requirements
- Actively identify and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
- Support manufacturing operations projects as required & attend team meetings as required
- Conduct all duties in a safe manner and report any safety issues or concerns
- Act as the quality point of contact for operations systems and processes, providing guidance and feedback on quality operational issues — escalating any concerns identified to the Manufacturing Operations Specialist or Manufacturing Operations Team Leader as appropriate
- Support the timely review of documentation, deviation investigations, and customer complaints, highlighting concerns and assisting in their resolution
- Complete CAPAs following deviation investigation outcomes
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support the timely closure of quality actions and findings
- Monitor and adhere to quality metrics, ensuring no late or overdue items within areas of responsibility
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the team in achieving team goals and targets
About you
Essential
- Experience working in a cGMP environment
- Knowledge of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to Right First Time
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyse data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reason numerically and understand process scheduling requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
Desirable
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA, and batch documentation review
