About the Job

As a (Senior) Product Specialist within our Vaccines Sales Team, you'll orchestrate all customer interactions using a diversity of messages and channels to deliver a superior customer experience and inspire them to provide the best solution for our patients. Ready to get started?

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls with assigned customers according to the designated call frequency to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.

• Identify customer needs and manage the full sales cycle, including solution development, negotiation, order fulfillment, product installation or delivery, and post-sales support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, prospective accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive long-term business growth.

• Monitor customer inventory levels and purchasing patterns, and proactively negotiate orders to maximize sales opportunities.

• Keep customers and KOLs informed of new products, services, pricing updates, promotional activities, and other relevant business developments.

• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

• Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, communicate findings to the immediate manager, and recommend effective counter-strategies and action plans.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to develop and implement initiatives that support business growth and achieve team objectives.

• Plan, organize, and execute territory sales and promotional activities to increase market penetration and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Science-related discipline.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Positive attitude with a strong passion for achieving business objectives and delivering high-quality results.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
