Objet de la mission
Réaliser les opérations de fabrication d'un produit sur équipement automatisé ou de façon manuelle en respectant les règles HSE/ Qualité et les procédures industrielles correspondant à ses activités.
- Participer à l’amélioration des indicateurs de performance production.
- Participer au programme de transfert et de validation planifiés.
Activités principales
- Réalisation d'opérations manuelles ou semi-automatisées pour la préparation, approvisionnement et fabrication et/ou le conditionnement des produits (semi-finis, finis) selon un mode opératoire de production établi.
- Nettoyage des équipements et/ou du matériel ainsi que des locaux selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Vérification de la conformité des articles de conditionnement (étuis, notices...) et des matières premières avant utilisation.
- Renseignement des documents de production.
- Alimentation d'un ou plusieurs équipements en articles de conditionnement, matières premières.
-Réalisation des opérations de conditionnement et d'étiquetage en utilisant les équipements appropriés et selon des directives fournies en respect les consignes du dossier de lot.
-Préparation du matériel de production en fonction du planning et des instructions.
-Identification et signalement des d'incidents.
-Effectue les vides de ligne.
-Exécution des prélèvements dans le cadre du planning, du plan d'échantillonnage et des procédures fixées.
- Respect des procédures et systèmes qualité et HSE du site.
- Participe aux retraitements des lots et aux investigations.
Qualifications requises du poste
Compétences :
-BPF et notions en HSE
Formation / Expérience professionnelle nécessaire
- Terminal + formation professionnelle (BP)
