Logistics control Tower aims for the standardization and optimization of the fulfilment and transportation processes in the export platforms responsible of fulfilling both affiliates (intercompany) and 3rd party sales.

The transformation program also aims to improve the visibility layer of detailed shipment events to enable intelligent decision making, avoid risks and improve resilience. This will be done by implementing an overarching layer to collect and govern the E2E logistics processes.

Concentrate on the orchestration layer of the Control Tower, ensuring seamless process and technical design, fit-gap analysis, implementation, go-live and hypercare support. Support the integration of Transportation control tower and different Sanofi platforms into the Orchestration Layer and ensure the development of the data visibility layer on this Control Tower.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive the Business and Technical requirements collection and validation
• Drive the Control Tower Orchestration layer through the whole project cycle, from detailed design to post go-live implementation support.
• Responsible for the execution of GAP & Impact analysis
• Drive the deployment of Control Tower Orchestration layer, including the implementation of advanced analytics, enhanced decision making, supply chain resilience and visibility solutions
• Coordinate with other projects that will be included in the Control Tower Layer like (IOTC, Distribution)
• Coordinate implementation teams and provide SME recommendations (different Sanofi teams, Consulting partners and Vendors)
• Setup hypercare and support post-implementation

About you

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale implementation and transformation programs/projects, including all project/program phases (Design, Build, Test, Go-Live and Hypercare)
• Previous Working Experience in a top Consulting firm or internal Consulting/Transformation roles will be very valued
• Preferred previous experience in:
• Control Tower Implementations (Technology and Organization)
• Control Tower Orchestration, TMS, WMS, OMS, or similar implementations, preferably in the Leaders Gartner Magic Quadrant
• Advanced Analytics tools
• Understanding of integration between Technical solutions in Supply Chain (ERP, TMS, WMS, Datalake, etc)
• Ability to assess Functional Requirements and convert them into Technical Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Supply Chain is a plus
