As Junior Brand Manager VIE in our Marketing team you will join the x-functional RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) team in one of the key markets (Germany) and drive the success of Beyfortus® that has been launched recently. In this assignment you will be part of the Marketing Franchise driving the commercialization and thereby gaining a diverse x-functional and hands-on experience working together with key functions such as sales, medical, market access, omnichannel and digital.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination and administrative support of projects to accompany numerous ongoing changes.
• Brand planning: hand in hand with the brand manager for the established and new brands (RSV), preparation and implementation of operational marketing activities.
• Preparation of performance analysis to support in gaining impact.
• Preparation of marketing materials/campaigns - coordination with other departments (Regulatory, Legal, Purchasing, Communication, Event Management) and agencies.
• Contribution to Sales meetings.
• Contribution to brand planning exercise - at German level and interaction with global teams.
• Market analysis - in coordination with the analytics department.
• Analysis of marketing activities impact.
• Monitoring of performance in regards of key indicators.

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in similar position.
• Previous Pharma/Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Extended MS Office Knowledge including presentation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused, self-confident, and knowing how to prioritize.
• Ability to process and present complex topics in an understandable and structured way.
• Social competence, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work transversally.
• Experience with new ways of working.
• Good skills in developing a variety of written and digital materials for audiences with different levels of understanding to the materials or subject matters presented.
• Good knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology especially about the new digital marketing channels.
• Excellent computer skills, including developing graphics for presentation materials.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field.

Languages:

• Fluent English and professional proficiency in German (at least B2).
