Join our CHC South Cone & COPAC leadership team as Performance Analytics Head driving insights and strategies to enhance our business performance and support our growth objectives. This is a role thought for a candidate with a strong background in data analytics, strategic planning, and leadership. 

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the performance analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement the overall strategy for performance analytics in alignment with company goals.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead initiatives to improve data literacy and analytical capabilities across the organization.
• Manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively to support high-priority initiatives.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to link analytics to business strategy.
• Advanced English level to communicate with global teams
