iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Project Management and Digital Associate VIE in our Digital Data & Technology team you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, gain hands-on experience in project management, and contribute to the success of our projects. Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Digital and Non-Digital project managers to support project planning, execution, and monitoring.•Collaborate with regional and global Digital team members and onboard them to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure there is no deviation from Sanofi Digital standards during Project implementation.
• Participate in IT/AV (Information Technology/Audio Visual) vendor onboarding and closely collaborate with them for project execution.
• Assist in producing project-related documentation such as project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders to gather IT requirements, provide updates, and remove roadblocks.
• Create dashboard reports to track project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics.
• Assist in analysing project data and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your project management and IT skills.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices within the organization.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

About you

Experience:

• Experience with IT Service Project Management methodology will be an asset.
• Previous experience in digital projects will be an asset.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environment & ability to work in an international environment.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management principles, methodologies, and tools (Cloud certification and Agile certification will be an added advantage).
• Familiarity with Cloud technology, Distributed storage, Servers, Network system and IT digital trends will be an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Prior internship or work experience in project management, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Education:

• Master’s degree program Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.

Languages:

• Fluency in English and French.
