Join our global Clinical Supply Chain Operation (CSCO) as an Investigational Product Support and you’ll be part of a dedicated, international team – IPM (Investigational Product Manager) located in 30 countries and in charge to manage locally the flow of future medicines (Investigational product) to patients in the world for testing, taking into consideration quality, timelines, regulation and internal tool updates. Your main mission will be to provide administrative support to CSCO department on investigational product (IP) distribution in scope.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage quotations for local activities with carrier vendor 
• Manage purchase orders & change orders related to local activities
• Perform temperature excursion assessment during transportation and storage for shipments to depot and to sites
• Coordinate Authorization of Destruction on unused kits
• Provide carrier vendor central team with transfer request data
• Perform ongoing inventory tracking & reconciliation, final country reconciliation, cost reconciliation and last payments
• Update databases, manage depot data changes, also file and archive Investigational Product (IP) related documentations
• Support the inspection documentation collection from IP management perspective

About you

Experience:

• Good organizational skills for the management of multiple concurrent tasks

Soft skills:

• Ability to work autonomously with methodology to respect guidelines
• Ability to work effectively, proactively, and collaboratively in a worldwide, multi-cultural, multidisciplinary environment
• Good communicational skills (both written and verbal)
• Adapt to changing work environment, including change in technical environments

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with computer applications and ongoing innovations

Education:

• No particular education is requested, but a BSc degree is preferred
  

Languages:

• Fluency in English is a must. Any other European language knowledge is a real added value for local distribution documentation to manage (Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.)
