iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Project Management and Digital Technology Delivery Expert VIE in our Digital Data & Technology team you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, gain hands-on experience in project management, and contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment and produce project related documentation and reports.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting Project Manager in planning and implementing Digital Tech Services and ensuring there is an alignment with Tech Product/Service Owners.
• Sharing experiences about implementation of Digital Tech Services to Real Estate projects in other Key Market regions.
• Collaborate with Digital and Non-Digital project managers of NEO Transformation to implement standard user support model and Tech Transition project in Key Markets to support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with regional and global Digital team members and onboard them to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure there is no deviation from Sanofi Digital standards during Project implementation.
• Assist in producing project-related documentation such as project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders to gather IT (Information Technology) requirements, provide updates, and remove roadblocks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate in country initiative to improve quality of shared folder and distribution list structure and mobile phone inventory in Service Now Asset Management Database.
• Collaborate in obtaining the highest levels of user experience and satisfaction for all Digital Technology services delivered to Budapest HUB, including new service introductions.

About you

Experience:

• 1+ year experience in a similar role would be an asset.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration or a similar discipline.
  

Languages:

• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
