Job Purpose:

Ensure that all the production machines, and utilities equipment are working with high performance and in good conditions by good production planning and implementing the preventive maintenance plan on time to achieve the production plan with high quality and low cost, and ensure the availability of the most required spare parts in the engineering stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Areas of responsibility in M&S are related to production Machines (Sterile & Non Sterile)

• Preparing the yearly budget of departmental expenses , according to the approved budget.
• Preparing plan and issuing list for the required spare parts (foreign and local) for all production machines  every year and ensure executing the plan according to the approved budget.
• Responsible for the maintenance spare parts store which related to production machines .
• Support in executing the Installation of new production machines, and assistance the quality as well as the Qualification (IQ) & Operation Qualifications (OQ) for all production machines in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test ) .
• Supervise issuing yearly preventive maintenance plan and ensure implementing the plan every month. Ensure implementation the preventive maintenance program on time to be covered all production machines to decrease the corrective maintenance.
• Ensure issuing SOP's (Stander Operation Process) for the new production machines, upgrading and revise the existing describing preventive maintenance and other action needed to be revised through SOP.
• Supervise performing the required tasks, and to participating in achieving departmental goals according to the strategy of the Sanofi site in the mentioned area above.
• Responsible for closing all the audit pending points with QA which related to production machines.
• Supervise and Organize monthly annual leave for maintenance crew.
• Participation in all investment, planning and choice.
• Maintenance KPIs implementation and Follow up reliability concept Respect of OEE target Fig. for different MNG & PKG lines.
• Metrology & Periodic Qualification

HSE Responsibilities:

Ensure preventive maintenance program covers all significant aspects that can affect safety & environment. Ensure that the HSE policy is communicated to all employees under his control. Ensuring from meeting all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law. Ensure that standards related to safety, environmental, Health, housekeeping, energy and discipline are adhered to and maintained Ensuring that emergency fully defined and deployment for all employees and everyone know his role well. Ensuring that the necessary HSE resources are available for the achievement of PASS objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Related Experience:

• 10 Years’ Experience in Pharmaceutical company or FMCG industry

• Ability to lead successful teams.
• Making quick and effective decisions under stress situations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
