Join our CHC Mexico Marketing Team as  Market / MCO Specialist Leader - Multi-Channel Engagement / Digital in the creation of effective and efficient 360 marketing plan trough joint work with band teams and departments within commercial and marketing areas. This is a role thought for a candidate with a strong background in marketing, , strategic planning and innovation 

Main responsibilities:

• Create and direct implementation of 360 marketing strategies for Sanofi CHC brands and marketing teams to comply with business strategy on an efficient and effective manner
• Handle relationship with media agencies (contracts, marketing strategy achievement, leadership of professionals, requesting reports)
• Working with Sanofi chc marketing and  brands teams for creation of an effective marketing strategy
• Handle relationship and agreements with marketing vendors (google, tik tok, meta, tv channels)
• Maintain updated and track performance or marketing campaigns
• Being responsible for the design and implementation campaigns in social, paid and traditional media..

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related fields.
• Upper intermediate English
• At least 5 years of experience in 360 marketing in multinational companies or media agencies.
• Expertise in managing relationships with vendors in marketing (personnel from Amazon, google, meta, tik tok and TV Channels)
• Experience handling relationships, design and execution of marketing strategy by media agencies (negotiation)
• Knowledge in paid media, google analytics, DV360, business Meta
• Knowledge in digital: programmatic ads, Knowledge in connected tv, first party data
• Basic knowledge in creation of campaigns in traditional media in TV (reach and optimal frequencies)
• Management of marketing KPIs and annual budgets administration and optimization
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in marketing strategy based in funnel management
• Strategical thinking, proactivity
• Innovative approach to challenges and tasks.
• Understanding of business strategy.
• Capability to work in a cross functional teams
• Capacity to lead and influence teams for achievement or marketing and business strategies.
