Retail Innovation Lead and Project Manager

About the Job

This individual will be primarily focused on evaluating new operational opportunities for the VaxServe Retail Business Unit.  This person will lead the operational assessment and launch projects those leadership has identified as being business critical.  They will need to embody the spirit of One Sanofi and work cross-functionally within the organization to accomplish their goals.  They will partner with other key stakeholders at VaxServe to assess novel ways of engaging with our customers.  This will involve continuously looking for new opportunities to increase revenue or optimize efficiency for the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary project manager for each operational project and take an active role in seeing the project through to completion. This will include developing and maintaining project plans and providing routine summaries for leadership and key stakeholders from project launch to completion.   

• Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Vendor Relations to gain insight into any new opportunities for vendors within the Retail segment. They will be responsible for managing those projects providing status updates regularly.  They will network across VaxServe and other parts of Sanofi Group as needed to ensure efficient implementation is achieved. 

• Establish and maintain a good network of people within the organization and work cross-functionally to pull through proof of concept of any new opportunities that may arise.

• This individual will be a self-starter and curious. They will not be impacted by any production issues that maybe going on with the Operations department as their time will be solely spent coming up with new ideas/projects.  They will proactively bring forth any innovative ideas that can positively impact our customers or help VaxServe operationally. 

• Support the department with ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of Retail Ops. 

About you

Education/experience

BS/BA Degree

EXPERIENCE – 3+ Years of experience in the Retail segment preferred
