Main responsibilities:

• Elaborate and create roadmap for the manufacturing excellence program for CHC. It establishes autonomy at all levels of the organization in order to eliminate and prevent losses in production to deliver required business results, enabling and empowering them to accelerate decision making, problem solving and loss reduction vital to improve our cost competitiveness

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure information needs are formalized and understood and be conversant in the functional requirements for information exchange.

• For each step of the manufacturing excellence program define tools, target  and KPI’s

• Develop training for each step of manufacturing excellence program and structure the training academy.

• Through manufacturing excellence program ensure People transformation, significantly increasing level of competency and engagement;

• Identify improvement opportunities that will create a continuous improvement culture;

• Develop governance of the best practices sharing in the network

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrates ability to lead through ambiguity, learns from experiences and recovers quickly and moves forward, making courageous decisions to drive meaningful results.

• The position includes functional management and hierarchical management.

• Collaborates with team members to drive strategic project decision-making and deliver on commitments to the organization.

• Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing data frameworks and driving continuous improvement.
