As Artwork Coordinator VIE in our Supply Chain team you will be responsible for Coordination of Packaging Material creation for dedicated cluster of products via collaboration and communication with Affiliates, CMOs (contract manufacturing organization) and with external graphic agency.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of artworks (printer packaging material) via the daily relationship with Affiliates, production sites and other departments.
• Supporting team for new launch of the product.
• Following-up on the timelines defined to create the new packaging.
• Securing the changes according to the guidelines.
• Securing implementation of artworks according to the timeline.
• Tracking the progress of artwork preparation.
• Acting according to findings (challenge Affiliate, CMO and Graphic agency).
• Monitoring appropriate KPI’s (key performance indicator), reporting anomalies.
• Preparing synthesis/ report for manager about portfolio under employees’ responsibility on regular basis.
• Pharmacovigilance and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) mandatory trainings and responsibilities.

About you

Experience:

• 1+ year of Supply chain experience mainly around forecasting and demand planning is preferred.
• 1+ year in pharma, FMCG or similar business is preferred.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Excellent Coordination skills / Project Management skills (advantage if in Pharma environment).
• Excellent Communication skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Excel, Power BI (Business Intelligence).
• Knowledge of graphic design software will be an advantage (such as Adobe or similar).
• Collaborative and communicative person.
• Agile and enthusiastic person.
• Ability to adapt to changes, proactivity and flexibility in dealing with priorities, ability to cope with pressure.

Education:

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, graphic design or related areas of study.

Languages:

• English is a must, French or Spanish would be an advantage.
