About the job

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and track daily EC operation on major platforms
• Support to execute the commercial plan to unleash growth in core platforms.
• Support to manage EC activations for Sanofi CHC brands.
• Support to build online HCP to C demand creation model.
• Acquire an understanding of local market and use this knowledge to accelerate the performance Commercial Executions
• Work hand in hand with Sanofi professional marketing activation team on annual EC investment implementation.
• Work hand in hand with strategic partner’s EC and Marketing teams.
• Support data mining with access to customer data to find business opportunities and adapt business plan accordingly.
• Arrange and manage regular business reviews and manage the relevant commercial relationships.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid experience and proven success of online EC operation
• Highly motivated with self-driven, passion and high integrity; unlimited ambition is welcome!
• Outgoing and open-minded.
• Be efficient and pleasant in working through others.
• Results-oriented and desiring for personal growth and achievement
• Fast learner and committed to excellence
• University / College degree
• Good understanding of e-commerce landscape in China
