Role & Responsibility

Supply planning is an essential role within Consumer HealthCare(CHC) Supply Chain Business Partner Department, in our transformation journey of becoming the Best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare Company (FMCH) in and for the world.

We are looking for a SCBP Planner, who can monitor Japan CHC’ supply planning and inventory management collaborating with another supply planner and demand planners under the supervision of CHC IBP Lead. The candidate is expected to closely interact with a wide range of stakeholders (at affiliate level with Marketing, Sales, Finance Team but also at Global/ Regional level with Supply Chain counterpart and Industrial sites & External Manufacturers) and then obtain necessary information and consensus under monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and its timeline.

Japan is a key market within AMEA Region (China, India, ASEA, Australia & New Zealand and Africa&Middle East etc).

• Monitor supply planning and inventory with internal/external business partners to ensure stable supply
• Daily sales tracking and monitoring inventory consumption to assess service risks and escalate to proper contact points
• Escalate supply risk, align sales allocation plan with sales team and deploy required reporting until recovered
• SLOBS management
• Inventory optimization to contribute financials
• Inventory management by batch, shelf life, min shelf-life requirement by channel and account
• Product life cycle management in supply/inventory planning as representative of SCBP– NPD / Discontinue/ Artwork Change over
