Main responsibilities:

• Support our site Data Analytics function's on-going performance improvement initiatives.
• Comply with all Sanofi documentation and participate in policy, procedure and standards development.
• Conduct simple/complex data visualization, data analysis and data science work to support the site teams in understanding their data to support decision making.
• Create and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with strong communications skills in an understandable way for stakeholders. Drive a "speaking with data" culture.
• Contribute to identifying new and future opportunities for Data Analysis or Data Science.
• Engage with central Sanofi Data Science team(off site) to scope and initiate opportunities for the site or the wider Sanofi network of sites.
• Gain experience in Sanofi data environments, platforms and systems.

About you

• Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science disciplines or related.
• Soft and technical skills:
  • Proficiency in common IT Applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Experience of data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar.
  • Previous exposure to SQL, python or other similar programming disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong execution and delivery mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail with the determination to solve problems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
