Our Team
Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.
The Talent Enablement & Advisory Lead plays a strategic and operational role in driving the successful execution of Sanofi’s global talent initiatives. This role is responsible for equipping teams with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to excel, while also leading a team of Talent Advisors who provide high-quality guidance and support across a wide range of talent topics.
Acting as both a Program leader and Coach, the role ensures the seamless delivery of Performance, Learning, Career, and Recognition programs by calendarizing events, coordinating logistics across countries, and aligning messaging with branding and people teams.
The role also builds and empowers a strong advisory team, fostering coaching capabilities and creating structures that help employees navigate development opportunities and career growth.
Through a combination of enablement, coaching, and strategic partnership, the Talent Enablement & Advisory Lead enhances employee experience and drives talent impact across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management and drive execution for key talent initiatives: performance, learning & development, career & succession planning, DEI&B, Voice of the Employee, and recognition.
Design and deliver employee education, communications, and performance tools to support talent programs and change adoption.
Partner with the talent coordinator to manage program logistics including communications, participant support, reporting, vendor management, and issue resolution.
Develop and implement internal marketing and sustainment campaigns to drive engagement with talent systems and initiatives.
Administer talent technologies (e.g., learning platforms, performance, career planning, listening and recognition tools).
Provide reporting and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
Establish and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Act as a champion and coach for talent programs, gathering employee feedback to enhance user experience.
Build and lead a high-performing team of talent advisors, developing tools, resources, and processes in partnership with regional leads.
Develop dashboards and share data-driven insights to guide talent decisions and enhance employee experience.
Offer personalized career support, including guidance on IDPs, mentorship, internal mobility, and career conversations.
Manage and evolve Tier 0 self-service resources (knowledge articles, FAQs) to be comprehensive and user-friendly.
Equip managers with tools and coaching resources to support team development and career progression.
Connect employees with in-market talent experts for specialized or localized support.
About you
You are a highly motivated and experienced Talent professional with a proven track record of success in managing Talent programs, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent management trends and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience with background of Employee engagement, HR Operations including attrition management, surveys management, conducting large scale sessions across managers and feedback sessions
Should have conducted administrative activities for training programs or employee engagement or employee management
Should have experience in managing manager level engagement programs and conducting large scale workshops
Should have experience in dealing with complex feedback processes and systems
Should have run coaching camps or coaching activities for manager level global audience
Exposure in Hiring talent is desirable
Team management experience is essential.
