We focus on implementing cutting-edge technologies, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making capabilities and operational efficiency.

In the context of our expanding scope and digital transformation journey, this role has been created to drive innovation and process excellence across multiple regions and countries.

Under the guidance of the Head of Tax Innovation & Process Excellence, this position coordinates digital initiatives, assists with implementing emerging technologies, and contributes to process optimization efforts. The role offers opportunities to develop technical skills while learning strategic thinking approaches to support impactful solutions. The position involves collaborating with diverse teams under supervision and mentorship.

Main responsibilities

1) Digital Transformation & Process Excellence

  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives across finance functions, contributing to the identification, analysis, and documentation of optimization opportunities

  • Support the execution of business process re-engineering projects by analyzing existing workflows, mapping current-state processes, and proposing incremental improvements

  • Apply and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to established policies, standards, and quality controls

  • Follow established internal control procedures and contribute to compliance checks during process implementation activities

  • Apply corporate governance principles in day-to-day activities, supporting the documentation and maintenance of governance-related materials

  • Drive awareness of emerging technologies and digital tools relevant to finance and tax operations; support the testing and adoption of new solutions as directed

2) Data Analytics & AI

  • Work in the collection, preparation, and analysis of data to support operational reporting and process improvement initiatives

  • Implement data governance standards, helping to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs

  • Develop standardized reporting templates and analytical models aimed at enhancing process efficiency

  • Explore and evaluate the data tools and AI-enabled solutions, gaining hands-on exposure to platforms such as PowerBI, Dataiku, Snowflake or similar technologies

·       Support cross-functional projects activities

·       Promote change management activities and communication materials

About you

Experience

Technical skills

·       Data analytics and visualization techniques

·       Desire exposure to Snowflake (SQL), Python, Dataiku, and Power BI

·       Knowledgeable about emerging technologies and digital solutions

·       Process improvement methodologies and tools

·       Business process re-engineering techniques

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Math, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Languages: Fluent in English (minimum of strong B2 level required)
