Deine Aufgaben
Unterstützung des Teams Timetopay - Payroll
Bearbeitung von Tickets in unserem Ticketsystem ServiceNow
Freischaltung von Personalakten und Zugriff gewähren für Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeiter
Ablage von Dateien in SAP efile
Unterstützung in der Administration unseres Leasing-Fahrrad Programmes
Diverse kleinere Projekte
Dein Profil
Du bist ordnungsgemäß immatrikuliert, gerne im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften oder auch in anderen Fachrichtungen
Du überzeugst als kommunikative und proaktive Persönlichkeit
Du behältst auch bei parallelen Projekten den Überblick
Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Themengebiete ein
Folgende Interessen und Kenntnisse bringst du mit
Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
