Main responsibilities:
Drive hub strategy and operationalization aligned with global business priorities, focusing on web development, SEO/SEM, and digital presence optimization
Lead hub resources to improve individuals' skills and enhance services such as web tagging, SEO/SEM, and content dissemination
Manage budget allocation and vendor relationships crucial for web development and digital marketing tools
Report on web analytics and derive actionable insights for senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and performance optimization
Ensure seamless business continuity amidst capability and resource changes within web and social media operations
About you
Experience: 8 years of experience (including 2 years of experience in leading a multi-layered diverse team of 10 members), pharma experience, proven track of leading diverse teams with different profiles. 8-10 years post qualification experience (including up to 2 years of experience in leading a multi-layered diverse team of ≥10 members).
Soft and technical skills: Stakeholder management, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead a team, stron organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities. Analytical mindset to make data driven decisions and derive insights from web analytics and performance metrics.
Education: University degree level (preferably in sciences). Revelant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline.
Languages: Advance english level.
