As a Business Process Transformation Leader within our Business Operations Transformation team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide process excellence frameworks while overseeing the methodology for Global Process Owners (GPOs). This senior leadership role requires a professional who can navigate across all business processes with a holistic perspective and drive strategic transformation initiatives through exceptional management capabilities.

The Business Process Transformation Leader will oversee the comprehensive GPO Model, providing strategic direction and executive-level guidance across Sanofi's entire process landscape.
Main responsibilities:
Strategic Process Leadership & Governance:
Drive enterprise-wide process excellence strategy and implementation
Lead the Global Process Committee by organizing and facilitating executive-level governance meetings
Establish and maintain the governance framework for the Global Process Organization
Provide executive oversight of process transformation initiatives across all business domains
Cross-Functional Process Integration:
Develop comprehensive frameworks that integrate and optimize processes across all business functions
Ensure seamless alignment between different business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, R&D, etc.)
Create synergies between process domains to maximize organizational efficiency
Lead strategic initiatives that require cross-functional process expertise
Executive Stakeholder Management:
Engage with senior leadership to ensure framework alignment with Sanofi's strategic goals
Influence and drive executive-level decisions related to process governance
Represent process excellence initiatives at the highest organizational levels
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all business units
GPO Capability Framework & Methodology:
Develop and maintain the strategic methodology framework for all capabilities expected from Global Process Owners
Act as the senior methodology expert while respecting that execution remains the responsibility of GPOs and Process Board
Lead capability assessment and development planning for GPOs
Direct the strategic deployment of GPO projects
Quality Standards & Performance Management:
Design and implement enterprise-wide KPIs to measure GPO blueprint implementation effectiveness
Lead strategic benchmarking initiatives including conducting internal and external benchmarking
Evaluate process performance against industry standards at an executive level
Identify best practices and transformation opportunities across the organization
Team Leadership & People Development:
Lead and develop the process excellence team with a focus on strategic capabilities
Directly supervise and mentor a team of professionals
Foster a culture of executive-level collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement
Evaluate team performance, determine training needs, and develop talent
About you
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in senior process management roles
Proven track record of executive-level leadership across multiple business processes
Extensive experience leading cross-functional transformation projects in complex global organizations
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams
Significant experience working in matrix environments with regional and global stakeholders
Skills:
Leadership Excellence:
Strategic leadership capabilities with proven ability to influence at executive levels
Outstanding stakeholder management skills across multiple business domains
Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and transformation
Strategic vision combined with tactical execution capabilities
Proven track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
Process Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple domains
Deep expertise in process governance frameworks and enterprise-wide implementation
Advanced knowledge of process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.)
Strategic approach to taxonomy management and evolution
Executive-level experience in quality management and performance measurement
Education:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
Languages:
Fluent English, both written and verbal
