The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.
Main responsibilities:
Address and discuss trends, deviations, and CAPAs during the data collection period
Conduct initial interpretation and preliminary assessment of results from different data categories
Include relevant data and charts in reports for enhanced clarity
Liaise with site-specific Subeject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain insights and incorporate their expertise
Document deviations and discuss their potential impact
Summarize findings, suggesting implications and conclusions
Write report content using CMS, GxP guidelines
About you:
Experience: >5 years professional experience in Pharma Report Issuance and Pharma Manufacturing Controlled Area Monitoring or Contamination Control activities
Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
Technical skills: Strong skills in data analysis, Word, Excel, Power Point, Veeva is a plus
Other skills: Experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP environment
Education: Master Degree in a scientific background
Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French or German is a plus, Italian, Hungarian
