Learning Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting various Sanofi teams in learning, e.g., facilitating the creation of trainings, ensuring learning tools are properly set up and maintained. The team members of the Learning Services Hub(s) will act as partners to all Sanofians supporting the implementation of a harmonized, future-ready learning model within the company. Thereby, enabling their colleagues to receive the right skills at the right time.

About the job

Main responsibilities:

The head of Learning Operations will:

  • Lead a Global team (6 internal people spread across our hubs, and a Global vendor team) responsible for managing the delivery of iLearn system administration services to the business units and functions requestors (learning contents and assignment owners) on a global basis, for all Sanofi organizational units including GxP regulated environments.

  • Guarantee services delivery and support as per the SLA and agreed quality standards

  • Build, maintain and optimize iLearn Operations integrated team capabilities and processes

  • Build and maintain relationships with actors related to LMS and LxP management (Business System Owner, Technical owner, etc…

  • Participate in iLearn and Edcast integration /evolution projects

About you

·Experience: 12+ years of experience in Learning Operations

·Soft skills: Proficient in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments

·Technical skills:Project Management, process and workflow optimization, performance monitoring and CSOD tools knowledge

·Education: Master’s degree

·Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, French or other languages in addition preferred
