Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of promo material delivery
- Support for human resources processes
- Support for administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing employees
- HR database management and maintenance (Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
- Liaison and cooperation with other departments
About you
Experience:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status) in the field of Human Resources
- Min. 25-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling
Soft and technical skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
- Team player, able to work collaboratively
- Ability of working individually and with the team
- Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
Languages: Fluent in English and in Hungarian as well
