The Tech Enterprise Program Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation to support Key Markets in Sanofi. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise to architect solutions that address complex business challenges. Be responsible for managing the program/project, ensure the smooth delivery of digital tech services and solutions that support business needs and enable digital transformation.
The key stakeholders will be the Tech Product/Service Owners, Tech Enterprise Delivery team, Local Business Leaders, Local Facilities team, Service Delivery Managers and Team Leaders in Global Tech Contracts, Local Tech Vendors.
Main responsibilities
Program Management:
- Deliver program/project portfolio planning, problem management and service changes.
- Manage the budget for digital tech projects and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure value for Sanofi’s investment.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with digital projects.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication with business stakeholders, team members, and digital management.
- Manage global or local, business or tech program, contribute to M&A&D program if requires.
- Oversee prioritization for Digital Unit applications for transformation and implementation (e.g., Move to Cloud, Obsolescence, Decommissioning, etc.).
Strategic Planning & Performance Management:
- Combine strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise.
- Architect solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Drive change management, monitor performance, governance, and manage communication.
- Monitor and report on project and service performance.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Support the development and implementation of innovative digital products and platforms.
- Contribute to the improvement of the user experience for our employees through digital workplace initiatives.
- Participate in efforts to reduce and manage technical debt across the Technology landscape.
Travel & Time Zone Coordination:
- This role may require international travel and the ability to work across different time zones to support project effectively.
About you
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Science.
- Significant experience in healthcare industry for service.
- Strong technical understanding across a range of Digital technologies domains Windows, MAC, Server, Network, AI, Automation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Experience with working in a matrix organization.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Certified in ITIL Foundation v4 or equivalent professional qualifications will be considered differential.
- Knowledge of Windows/M365.
- ITSM for Technology Regions as Incident, Requests, Problem and Asset management, and Audit support.
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies (certifications PSM I, PSPO I).
