Main Responsibilities:

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Finance business partner for a defined Medical perimeter (assigned based on business priorities).

  • Own planning/forecasting cadence, assumptions, and submission quality; maintain visibility to key cost drivers (e.g., headcount, run-rate, vendor spend).

Strategic Finance Leadership

  • Provide decision support through scenario planning and trade-off analysis; surface risks/opportunities with clear recommendations.

  • Build decision-quality analyses for investments, initiatives, and scope changes (value framing, sensitivities, assumptions).

Financial Planning & Performance

  • Lead budget, forecast, and outlook for the assigned perimeter; deliver monthly performance reporting and variance insights tied to drivers and actions.

  • Maintain standardized performance packs/scorecards to improve speed-to-insight and reduce ad hoc reporting.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with other supporting teams to support timely close, accurate reporting, and strong accrual/forecast discipline.

  • Simplify and standardize planning/reporting processes; improve data quality and ways of working.

Digital Innovation in Finance

  • Leverage analytics and planning tools to strengthen forecasting and performance transparency; promote automation and dashboarding where it adds value.

Global Collaboration & Governance

  • Coordinate globally across Finance, People and Culture, Procurement, and Digital to enable integrated planning and execution; maintain a consistent operating rhythm with stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and documentation standards; support audit readiness as needed.

About You

  • Strong executive communication skills, including preparing and presenting senior-leadership materials.

  • Strong analytical/modeling capability; comfort with reporting/analytics and planning systems (specific tools a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.

  • Recommend 10+ years in business finance experience, with strong focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
