Main responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-value institutional accounts, including hospitals and public healthcare organizations
• Lead tender management activities, from bid strategy development through to successful execution
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts that create value for both customers and patients
• Support product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring market readiness
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from proposal development through to renewal
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform account strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business results

About you

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience background in pharmaceutical sales or account management, ideally within hospital or institutional settings
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Technical skills: Proven ability in tender management, contract negotiation, and strategic account planning; comfortable with digital tools and data-driven decision making
• Soft skills: Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; financially savvy with solid business acumen
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
• Preferred: Experience in immunology, specialty care, or respiratory therapeutic areas
