The QC Transformation PMO offers standardized tools, templates, and methodologies that project leader can use to plan, execute, and monitor the program efficiently.

The PMO acts as a center of excellence, offering expert advice and guidance on best practices, risk management, and problem-solving.

Main responsibilities:

• Support QC Transformation -Quartz- program Lead for global program coordination and ensure coordination and alignment with Connected Smart Factories program, and all projects under the umbrella of Quartz

• Support the various projects & initiatives leaders under the umbrella of Quartz Program, to synchronize, align, sequence & execute accordingly a consistent plan towards ambitions

• Consolidate yearly roadmap in the frame of the Budget and StratPlan

• Consolidate and tracks TIP actions & coordinate plannings

• Propose and coordinate planning, meetings and different events proposed program and key stakeholders

• Identify, consolidate, monitor & follow up action plan

• Contribute to KPIs delivery (at program Level) to measure program success

• Ensure regular & ad ’hoc reporting (e.g. via dashboards) on running initiatives & deployments, Tool usage, Community of Excellence and potential specific Budget & Resources monitoring of dedicated initiative lead in the frame of the programs.

• Contribute to communication to sponsors, stakeholders & our industrial network (Best practices, success stories, progress & roadblocks, …)

About you:

• Experience: Experience in the Biological, chemical or pharmaceutical industry (3-5 years) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution. Good functional knowledge on QC processes & operations is a plus

• Soft & Technical Skills: Basic or good understanding of data management and M&S digital products. Leadership / conviction /Strong communication skills. • Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or business operation

• Languages: Fluent English and if possible, another non-native language
