Global standards defined and with regional alignment, implement and manage the Regional learning ILT/VILT* delivery processes and support the learning logistics administration. Instructor Led training / Virtual Instructor Led training.
Main responsibilities:
Leads the regional Learning Delivery Management team based out of the hubs in Hyderabad and Kuala Lumpur. Lead and manage the end-to-end program deployment activities which includes VILT & ILT sessions schedule and logistics (remote or on-site) which includes learning administration, logistics, arrange instructor and materials, iLearn Session creation request, send standard program communication, supporting document for visa, contract order to pay, etc).
Responsible for coaching, monitoring, and developing the regional Learning Delivery Management team members to ensure successful rollout of the LDM Target Operating Model in the International region. Maintain effective relationship with the regional learning leaders. Develop program delivery calendaring in partnership with Learning Business Partner. Program delivery and local systems administration approval (eBuy, eVMF, service contract, tax, shipment, etc).
Partner with Learning Business Partner to understand program session details and raise learning delivery service requisition through Service Delivery Management portal.
Support new or redesigned learning program landing and pilot sessions deployment. Provide delivery consultation to program owners on new or redesigned program landing and pilot session on the design impacts deployment coordination & iLearn Session setting.
Manage learning process outsourcing vendors & remote/virtual extended learning coordinators. Manage tier 1 & 2 operational issues, map out short-to-long-term solutions to address the gaps for continuous delivery process improvement. Process harmonization towards global standards.
Logistic budget management for logistics scope & monitoring Purchase Order (PO) using finance & procurement reports.
Support integration plan to transition other learning institute towards centralized Learning Delivery operating model for the assigned country/region. Harmonize program delivery for pilot country in phases to align with global framework whenever possible. Partner with learning process outsourcing vendor on transition journey (eg. scope of work, outsourcing resource management, process mapping, service delivery management system, etc). Provide delivery consultation to identified pilot country or learning institutes partners on new operating model leveraging global framework.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent.
Effective written and verbal English Experience and knowledge in sessions management, learning systems and continuous improvement
Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal communications. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Results and detail orientation via proven project management and execution.
Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix, international, virtual and diverse environment with different time zones.
Genuine interest in learning deployment and quality improvement. Some experience in managing project with intact team or outsourced resources is a plus point.
Mobile to travel to various sites whenever required.
