Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to work with the Global Talent Services Head to manage multiple projects globally, drive efficiencies in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes, share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across all hubs.​

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Define and implement methodologies and a governance framework including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and monitored in accordance with the set guidelines
  • Ensure strict adherence to data integrity, confidentiality standards, and operational discipline across all processes and deliverables.
  • Own and manage the headcount monitoring database and provide strategic support to Talent Services hub leads during weekly hiring update calls with Hubs4hubs & Talent Transition team, ensuring critical issues are promptly escalated to hub leadership for resolution
  • Drive the development and management of Knowledge Transfer session webforms and checklists, ensuring timely event creation and accurate employee attendance tracking in the iLearn platform while serving as the SPOC for Talent Services to deliver comprehensive end-to-end support to Learning Delivery Management & BO Learning function during KT phase across all hubs and projects
  • Maintain Purchase Order compliance in the Coupa portal for Talent Services events organization-wide, while providing dedicated support as the SPOC for international hubs requiring assistance with Coupa processes
  • Lead organogram management for Talent Services hubs, acting as SPOC for PCOM while ensuring tracker alignment and providing real-time data support to the transformation team viz. headcount tracker for finance, implementation tracker and org. chart blueprints
  • Act as a trusted partner to hub leads in refining databases viz. hiring principles and organizational design (OD) by location and country, pictorial org. charts, etc.
  • Collaborate with central communications and change teams to deliver decks/videos for project go-lives—incorporating org charts, detailed bios and joining announcements per hub leads' inputs—ensuring Sanofi branding compliance and timely distribution to international stakeholders, while acting as a point of contact for go-live events across hub sites
  • Steer end-to-end leadership visits across all hub sites, including comprehensive agenda management, logistical coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution and meaningful leadership team interactions
  • Develop and implement the communication and engagement plan for Talent Services to foster employee engagement and stakeholder alignment. Ideate Branding strategies for Talent Services, viz. Townhall, Newsletter, E-Magazine, LinkedIn carousel, etc

You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Experience: 

  • Experience of over 5 years in TA Analytics, dashboards, Project Management
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic Talent Acquisition impacts the business.
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.

Soft and Technical skills

  • Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies  like Workday and other HR systems would be preferred
  • Languages:  English
