Main responsibilities
Employee Support
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely, accurate information or connecting employees with the right resources
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all employees
• Support personnel administration tasks including employment certificates, visa documentation, and other employee requests
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners
Data & Systems
• Create and maintain accurate employee records in Workday (our HR information system), ensuring data is always up to date
• Manage Workday master data and support the employee self-service platform in collaboration with the People Services team
• Process all job changes and ensure new hires are set up in Workday in a timely manner
• Track and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) for People Services tasks
Payroll & Benefits
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs to the payroll department on time
• Follow up on legal payment requests
• Support benefits administration (medical plan, lunch tickets, and other employee benefits)
• Manage the employee reward platform
• Handle expatriate transactions and related processes
Compliance & Partnering
• Ensure all activities comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to your manager in a timely manner
• Partner with the People Services team and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across the Turkey & Levant organization
• Uphold ethical leadership and environmental and safety standards in all activities

About you
We're looking for someone who brings curiosity, care, and a collaborative spirit to everything they do. Here's what will set you up for success in this role:
• Experience: Min. 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field
• Soft skills: Clear and empathetic communicator; collaborative team player; proactive and results-focused; adaptable and open to change; able to handle sensitive information with discretion; comfortable taking initiative and knowing when to escalate
• Technical skills: Familiarity with HR processes and systems (experience with Workday is a must); solid understanding of People Services topics including payroll, benefits, and personnel administration; comfortable working with data and tracking KPIs
• Education: University degree or equivalent
• Languages: Fluency in Turkish and advanced level of English (written and spoken) is a must
