Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern at Sanofi, you will:

• Support the brand team in the preparation and implementation of major programs and events, including congresses and meetings — managing all necessary procedures and logistical details from start to finish.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination, monitoring, and successful execution of major programs and day-to-day operational duties.

• Engage with third-party vendors, including creative agencies, playing an active role in communication and project follow-up.

• Develop and manage promotional materials, uploading them into the Veeva Vault system in a timely manner and ensuring all required approvals are obtained in line with global and local procedures.

• Support cross-functional team meetings and brand-related agenda items; coordinate the delivery of meeting minutes and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support data-driven decision-making within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year university student in one of the following departments:

• Industrial Engineering

• Chemical Engineering

• Business Administration

• Pharmacy

• Good command of English — both written and spoken

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
