Under the Global Immunology Alliance franchise, within the Specialty Care business unit, this role is reporting to the Head of Finance, Global Immunology Alliance, Immunology & Strategic Alliances, and will be the Finance Lead for the Global Respiratory Franchise, which includes direct Leadership of all financial matters for the Global Commercial Organization and coordination throughout the entire P&L and Value Chain (Research & Development, Industrial & Supply, Medical and Commercial). As member of the Global Franchise Team, this Finance role is also involved in Alliance management with Regeneron.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Finance voice of the Global Respiratory Alliance franchise, while supporting the overall Immunology Alliance franchise, Countries/Regions (strategy plans, business cases, performance reviews, quarterly landing), Industrial Affairs/ Supply Chain (COGS evolution, inventory management, volumes analysis) and R&D (portfolio review, Integrated P&Ls).

  • Responsible for the Global Controlling & Reporting Process including P&L, Headcount and Investments and Resource Allocation during the monthly closing, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget and strategic planning processes. Work closely with the CoE to improve ways of working and foster efficiencies.

  • Launch excellence finance support for Respiratory throughout the launches, provide financial expertise and support on launch preparation, governance, and launch execution monitoring. Analyze financial performance by Regions & Indications to support resources allocation decisions. Work closely with the Market Access & Pricing, Forecasting and Competitive Intelligence teams to understand the external environment evolution and the corresponding financial impacts.

  • Lead the financial component of the Global Strategic Planning Process across Immunology Alliance including key investments (External Partners, Infrastructure, Commercial Operations, R&D/IA Interface) and support interaction with the Sanofi Group Strategy team and finance leadership team.

  • Prepare and present high-impact strategic investment projects and analyses for Sanofi Group and Senior Leadership. Act as the Finance representative for the Respiratory Therapeutic Area on cross-functional strategic initiatives.

  • Actively participate in the Dupixent Alliance with Regeneron, representing the Respiratory Franchise's financial interests and ensuring alignment on shared financial matters.

  • Coach and develop the Rhinology & Gastroenterology Finance Business Partner, providing mentorship, guidance, and ongoing development support to build capability, foster growth, and ensure strong financial business partnering across the Rhinology & Gastroenterology franchise.

About You

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional business experience within Finance, Accounting or closely related field is required

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in Business Partnering to commercial teams required

Soft skills:

  • Strategic agility with big-picture orientation and intellectual curiosity

  • Strong communication skills required (presentations, listening, written). Strong interpersonal skills, business partnering, and collaboration required.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior level stakeholders as well as project operational level and externally with key partners is required

  • Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment is required

  • Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team is preferred

Technical skills:

  • Advanced excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, V-look up etc.)

  • Working knowledge of BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell preferred

Education:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a closely related field is required; master’s degree in finance or the Sciences/ MBA is preferred.
