Main responsibilities:
Amplify Sanofi strategy through corporate events, focusing on the One Sanofi story and experience.
Lead strategic events for Senior Management and C-Level, including top-leadership conferences, employee engagement programs, and special occasions.
Manage diverse event formats, including face-to-face, hybrid, and fully digital events, both on Sanofi premises and offsite (nationally and internationally).
Oversee budget management and lead event-related RFPs, including vendor and partner selection.
Level of project involvement will vary: From full project management (“one stop shop”) to leading and advising project team.
Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, creative, procurement, H&S, IT) to ensure alignment with corporate calendar and brand.
Manage external vendors and partners, amplifying execution of high-profile corporate events.
Provide comprehensive event planning, from initial stages through on-site delivery to post-event analysis, with capability to organize events independently if needed.
Ensure quality execution in production, content, and brand alignment for all events.
About you
An ideal candidate would have solid and successful senior experience in the field of event management (ideally on agency or hotel/venue side), & event production
Proven track record organizing international events across diverse cultures, with experience managing senior/C-Level events in Healthcare/Pharma environments and understanding their specific requirements.
Comprehensive knowledge of the global event landscape including key destinations, venues, agencies, and digital providers, with ability to manage events end-to-end independently or with external support.
Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong project leadership skills, ability to prioritize under pressure, and solution-focused mindset committed to best-in-class standards.
Self-awareness & self-reflection required; ability to give and take feedback in a constructive way – challenging others as well as themselves. Strong emotional intelligence, sense for diplomacy & ability to manage people.
Used to managing suppliers & partners, e.g. agency RFPs, hotel & experience in independent venue sourcing. Budget management.
Demonstrated awareness of event production best practices and trends, as well as experience implementing creative digital event features – drive for innovation. Video and graphic content production experience are an advantage
MS office proficiency (including PPT and Excel) & AI usage; standard event management tools such as Cvent & SpotMe.
Proficiency in English is a must. French is a strong asset. Any additional languages are welcome. Job will require some travel.
