Main responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with healthcare professionals through both face-to-face and digital engagement
- Drive customer engagement strategies that optimize business performance and ensure our innovative products reach those who need them most
- Take accountability for delivering impact with first-in-class and best-in-class products across your territory
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences that put patients first
- Manage territory planning, customer segmentation, and opportunity identification using data-driven insights
- Lead change initiatives with agility and determination, working toward ambitious collective targets
- Champion ethical business practices and ensure all activities align with Sanofi's values and compliance standards
About you
- Experience: 1.6 to 3 years in pharmaceutical sales, customer engagement, or commercial excellence roles with proven success in managing customer relationships and driving business results
- Soft skills: Relationship building, stakeholder communication, cross-functional teamwork, driving continuous improvement, persuasive speaking, agility and adaptability
- Technical skills: Business data analytics, customer segmentation, sales force effectiveness, opportunity management, account management, market analysis
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (required); additional certifications are a plus
- Languages: Arabic and English (both required)
- Travel: 30% to 40% travel within assigned territory; valid driver's license required
- Good-to-have: Experience working in remote areas (e.g., North region, Hafar Al-Batin, Arar, Aljowf or similar regions)
