- 通过提高认识,识别患者并与外部利益相关者(KOL,医生等)共同合作来推动及支持罕见病业务
- 充分了解所在地区的医疗保障政策、报销制度和罕见疾病的市场动态。 通过建立内部和外部合作伙伴关系,推动业绩增长
主要责任:
- 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式,收集市场信息,进行有效分析,反馈和建议
- 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访,完成或超越业务指标
- 通过跨部门合作,推动各区域医保等相关政策落地,保证药物在区域的可及性
- 推动临床高危筛查工作,加速诊断
- 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种会议或活动,挖掘区域市场潜力
- 完成大客户管理、辖区市场策略制定及执行等工作
- 积极倡导公司文化,严格执行公司各项规章制度
- 负责第三方人员招聘、管理及绩效考核
岗位要求:
教育背景:
专科或以上相关学历
工作经验与知识背景:
- 3年及以上医药相关工作背景,有外企、特药、罕见病经验者优先
- 行业/产品知识
