- 通过提高认识，识别患者并与外部利益相关者（KOL，医生等）共同合作来推动及支持罕见病业务
- 充分了解所在地区的医疗保障政策、报销制度和罕见疾病的市场动态。 通过建立内部和外部合作伙伴关系，推动业绩增长
主要责任：
- 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场信息，进行有效分析，反馈和建议
- 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访，完成或超越业务指标
- 通过跨部门合作，推动各区域医保等相关政策落地，保证药物在区域的可及性
- 推动临床高危筛查工作，加速诊断
- 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种会议或活动，挖掘区域市场潜力
- 完成大客户管理、辖区市场策略制定及执行等工作
- 积极倡导公司文化，严格执行公司各项规章制度
- 负责第三方人员招聘、管理及绩效考核
岗位要求:
教育背景:
专科或以上相关学历
工作经验与知识背景:
- 3年及以上医药相关工作背景，有外企、特药、罕见病经验者优先
- 行业/产品知识
