The Talent Policy & Process Partner plays a crucial role in Sanofi China talent hub to connect with various stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of talent-related policies and processes in China. This role is focused on developing and optimizing workflows and monitoring compliance while working within budgetary constraints. The partner acts as a problem-solver, coordinating activities to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Key responsibilities include policy guidance, process improvements, issue resolution, and workflow performance monitoring.

Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner of five key Talent Acquisition policies (Internal Mobility, Internal Referral, Relocation, Background Check, and Agency Usage), ensuring they remain updated, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
- Ensure all policies and processes adhere to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company standards, mitigating risks through regular monitoring.
- Maintain clear policy documentation, track adoption metrics, and report on policy effectiveness to leadership.
- Train HR teams and hiring managers on policy updates, communicate changes effectively, and act as a consultant for policy-related inquiries.
- Adapt, design and optimize global TA processes to fit local market needs while ensuring compliance with the global core model and alignment with local CRM/ATS systems.
- Proactively gather and diagnose TA/TM stakeholder feedback, design and optimize the operational practices and TA/TM related processes for In-Market teams, Hubs, and RPO partners.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on service level agreements (SLAs) or metrics related to TA/TM processes.
- Support change management initiatives for TA/TM processes, assisting with communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of process improvements.
About you
Ideally, you possess in-depth knowledge on end-to-end talent acquisition and talent management policy & processes, you are comfortable to work with multiple stakeholders from global to local, and specialized HR teams across the organization. You deal challenges and conflicts as opportunities for policy & process optimization with the goal of better experience and higher efficiency.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in HR.
- You are familiar with HR processes especially talent acquisition and management.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a similar field.
- You are capable of analyzing, designing and optimization of policy & process
- You are experienced in stakeholder communication.
- You came with problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
- You have experience with technology implementation and compliance integration.
- You speak native Chinese and fluent English.
